Shynex House Cleaning LLC By booking or using our services, you agree to the following service policies. Service Area Shynex House Cleaning LLC proudly serves:

  • Fort Collins
  • Loveland
  • Windsor
  • Greeley
  • Longmont
  • Surrounding Northern Colorado areas

Booking & Deposits

  • A $50 deposit is required to reserve your cleaning appointment.
  • The deposit is applied toward your total service cost.
  • Your appointment is not considered confirmed until the deposit is received.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the deposit being non-refundable, as staffing and scheduling have already been arranged.

Access to the Home

  • Clients are responsible for providing access to the home at the scheduled service time.
  • If our team is unable to access the property, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due on the day of service, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
  • Any additional services requested beyond the original booking may result in additional charges.

Satisfaction Guarantee Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service so we can review and address the issue. Breakage & Damage Policy

  • While rare, accidents can happen.
  • Any concerns regarding damage or breakage must be reported within 24 hours of service so they can be properly reviewed.

Safety & Health Conditions For safety reasons, our team may refuse or discontinue service in situations involving unsafe or hazardous conditions, including but not limited to:

  • Severe biohazards
  • Pest infestations
  • Unsafe or unhealthy environments

Customer-Provided Equipment & Supplies If a customer requests that we use their own cleaning equipment or supplies (including vacuums, tools, or specialty products):

  • Shynex is not responsible for the condition, performance, maintenance, or repair of customer-provided equipment.
  • We do not inspect, service, maintain, or replace customer-owned equipment.
  • Any wear, malfunction, or damage resulting from normal use of customer-provided items is the responsibility of the owner.
  • Shynex is not responsible for purchasing replacement parts, filters, bags, belts, or other maintenance items for customer-owned equipment.

For consistent results and sanitation standards, we recommend using our professional-grade, sanitized equipment maintained by our team. Right to Refuse Service Shynex House Cleaning LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion.
